The Pornstar's

After hours of conversations yesterday and today with Serenity by both me and Linda, I believe we have reconciled our differences.

Back in the middle of January this blog was removed from the blog list they follow over at The Pornstar's and our group notice privileges revoked. We're still not clear on the reason, but sure it was a simple misunderstand.

Our notice privileges have been restored and blogs returned to the side in The Pornstar's blog. We have also restored their blog to the side of this blog, in an attempt to interconnect and make blog surfing as easy as possible.

We hope that we can all work together, which means we may share content and you may see post duplicated with links to the origin blog. But in general we're just striving to make Second life (and it's naughtiness) the best it has ever been.

Update: We talked to Candi, all weekend parties will go through her and be a joint group party, promoted in * SL PORN * blog and with notices in both groups. The Hump-day party stays with our club as usual, but we will put notices about it in The Pornstar's group.

If you would like to host a weekend party get a hold of Candi so she can coordinate and make sure parties do not over lap each other. Just take note most parties have more then 25 guest, if your sim is already lagggy then it wouldn't be a good place to have 25 people. Also if your sim is on a Homestead or Openspace, Homesteads do not support more then 20 Avis and Openspaces no more then 10 Avis.

For Valentines day we found some long lost footage of a never released photo shoot in our archives!!  Valentines day is not just about the present but the past, not just about love and romance but some naughty sex!!

It's been one week today since we started * SL PORN * (artist co-op), a place where everyone (not just the people Emmanuelle likes) can chatt, post notices and links to there work.

I was totally shocked by what has transpired!! In seconds after announcing the launch there must of been 20 people joined the group, and without me having to sell it.

Today we have 122 people in the group and growing, 35 of them listed as Photographers and 29 listed as Directors. I realize many have both, but with just photographers alone over 1/4 of the group produces beside starring in SL Porn. Also with this group just being a week old everyone is active in SL, not one of those older groups where 1/2 of the members are no longer active in SL.

To those of you that have joined I want to say THANK YOU!!!! And tell everyone you think might be interested in SL Porn about it. The more people in, the larger our audience, and the bigger the audience the more people we get involve, and I think that is a good thing and makes all of us better for it!!

Well we launched it today, We made the group on Monday after being silenced. I guess when life gives you lemons you best make lemonade.

 We have created a new group. One that anyone (with proven work) can post notices of Casting calls, Photo Shoots, Pictorial Releases, Movie Release, and Parties.

This group in not just for any one studio but for the whole SL Porn community. I don’t know how many of you have been discriminated against by ***The Pornstars*** group. But if it can happen to us it can happen to you and without notice or notification.

This group isn’t to replace any other group, but just another venue to post your work for the community to see, and yes you can say the word “Orgy”.

Let us know if you need a producer, Director, Photographer, DJ or Promoter tag, all have notice rights. Time for a change and something a little less uptight.

Notice Privileges Revoked

Due to unknown reasons, Em & Lil Studios (Emily & Linda) no longer have notice privileges in ***The Pornstars*** group. I feel obligated to our fans and the people that have worked hard on these projects, to promote them to the best of my ability. We didn't put the time and effort into these projects to have them closeted and never seen. We will use other groups to notify you of your pictorials and movies releases.

We have also been removed from Emmanuelle Jameson’s, Serenity and Arwen’s  “Blogs to Watch” List. I have contacted Serenity and was told that I made Emmanuelle unhappy and angered, but she would not tell me why. I have contacted Emmanuelle, but she only said she was busy.

I considered both friends, but with neither telling how Emmanuelle was offended I can only speculate. The removal happened on Sunday so best guess would be something I posted on this blog on Saturday (but that is only speculation). Perhaps it had something to do with our 26 movies and countless pictorials or the 37 individuals we cast in our movies. Maybe she felt threatened by us, I don’t know.

I always considered Emmanuelle’s blog to be the Entertainment Tonight (High rated tabloid TV) of SL porn world, covering just about everything that goes on in the SL Porn industry. And the group ***The Pornstars*** to be the focal group for posting notices of movies, pictures and casting calls. BUT if our studio is going to be discriminated against, for the unknown reason, it appears to be bias group that would rather promote one studio or person over another.

None the less, business as usual just a minor bump in the road. That is the past, looking to the future.
